Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.


✏️ Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

❌ Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and we’re unable to cancel.


🔁 What is your return and exchange policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure local payment methods via Stripe.


💱 In which currency will I be charged?

Our store is based in GBP (£) but prices convert automatically based on your location (EUR, USD, etc.). You’ll pay in your local currency.


📦 Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?
